Local to global, soul to Ska, jazz and blues, folk, rock, pop and more! The Festival highlights a wide spectrum of roots music and all kinds of fusion. This year will include three days of FREE music at outdoor locations in Sag Harbor Village, offering a wide variety of performances during the Festival weekend. We will present two stand alone evening concerts at Bay Street Theater. SHAMF is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization supported by local businesses and people like you!
Our Main Stage events provide once-in-a-lifetime music experiences. We do our best to feature globally recognized stand-out musicians who rarely, if ever, performed on the east end.

Thompson joins us to perform his country inflected originals and selections from his latest album, My Love of Country. The simplicity and emotional intensity of classic country – à la Hank Williams, Patsy Cline and George Jones - has been a big part of Thompson's own sound as an artist, which the New York Times called “beautifully finessed,” and NPR hailed as “the musical equivalent of an arrow to the heart.”
